Who we are

Designamo Studio ("we") designs, builds, and markets websites and web applications. These terms apply when you buy anything from designamo.studio.

Quotes & the Launch rebuild

• Launch quotes are fixed prices, computed from your site’s actual page count. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
• Payment is taken up front via Stripe. Full refund any time before your kickoff call — no questions, same day.
• After delivery, a 30-day fix window is included: defects and agreed tweaks, on us.
• You own the deliverables — code, content, design — once payment settles. No lock-in, ever.
• Timelines (typically 5–7 days from kickoff) assume you provide feedback and materials promptly; we’ll flag anything blocking within one business day.

Subscriptions (Grow & Care)

• Monthly, no contracts, cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep the service until then.
• To cancel: email [email protected] (same-day processing) or use the link in any receipt.
• Everything produced under Grow — articles, pages, reports — is yours and stays yours after cancellation.
• Prices are locked for your first 12 months; any change after that comes with 30 days’ notice and the right to cancel first.

Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Receipts and invoices are emailed automatically. Applicable taxes are your responsibility unless itemized at checkout.

Fair-use & honesty clauses

• Audit reports and estimates (including ROI figures) are good-faith analyses with stated assumptions — useful guidance, not guarantees of business results.
• We don’t take projects we can’t do well; if that’s yours, we’ll say so and refund anything paid.
• You confirm you have the rights to any content and materials you give us to use.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages — standard terms, stated plainly.

The boring-but-necessary

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest stand. We may update these terms; material changes are announced to active customers with 30 days’ notice. Continued use after notice means acceptance.
